Orthodontic Referral Contest Rules:
Dates: 3/12/24 – 8/20/24
Anyone is eligible to enter (current patients, past patients, even those who have never been to the office!)
For points to be awarded to contestants, the referred patient will need to let the office know who referred them prior to treatment. If the patient does not let the office know before they begin their treatment, points will NOT be awarded later.
One point will be given per referral.
Points will be awarded after patients begin treatment.
Prize: Felicie Pochette (LV Bag)
Referrals outside contest dates will NOT be counted.
